I’ve gone to Ideal Image for 2 years and during that time I’ve had laser facial hair removal and cool sculpting. Haley has been so supportive in my journey….helping me obtain great services at FANTASTIC prices. My results have been wonderful. The staff is friendly, truthful, professional and supportive. The staff is well-trained and they explain steps to achieve the best results from treatment. I’ve found the pricing fair, scheduling easy, processes transparent, and the procedures non-threatening. I came for lip fillers and Botox and had an amazing experience from start to finish. I originally called with 1 million questions and the front desk staff destiny was very professional, educated, and patient spending time answering all of my questions. The one she didn’t know she found out and called me back directly. I’m an extremely busy person and none of the appointment times were fitting. She went out of her way to accommodate me and get an appointment that would fit my schedule. One of the best experiences ever. IPL is my favorite treatment for dark freckles and sun damage on my face. Most places I have gone usually make me come back numerous times to see desired results. Ideal Image inquired on my needs and heard me when I expressed my previous disappointments. For me personally I saw immediate results with only one follow up appointment. What a relief! BEST. DECISION. EVER. Let me tell you why. I'm a welder, i work 50 hrs a week. I don't have time to maintain my lady parts. I'm also older and wear one of those 1950 Marilyn Monroe bathing suits- so really, I dont need to shave the whole area, just the thigh part (but still an option if you need more than the thighs). But, at 60% off with super easy financing (several options) and a LIFETIME GUARANTEE-- you would be crazy not to try it. Amy was so nice, i felt so comfy with her, and so polite. I finally did something for myself. It's cheaper than smoking. It's cheaper than you think. I dont smoke, if you did though, it's 5 bucks a pack, thats 150 a month,... the monthly cost for this is less than 1/2 of a smoking habit for 1 yr. I am currently on my 6th treatment of 10 and I could not be happier with the results! the staff here is absolutely wonderful and professional. Alicia, one of the laser technicians, has gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and to be sure that I am getting my most troubled areas treated. I am having my upper lip and inner thighs treated, and I would most certainly return here for any possible future treatments that I would have done. The staff were amazing! I had laser hair removal done and have a fairly low pain tolerance. An appointment that should have been, at most, 10 minutes, would sometimes last 20. The staff would make sure I was comfortable and if I had to stop for a minute between sets of pulses, they had no problem with that. They would let me sit with the ice packs on for quite a while when I was done, and even gave me a couple to take home with me. Oh, and the results were wonderful!! ~ Tina K

My experience was great! Very sweet and kind staff full of knowledge. While preparing the paperwork and laser treatments schedule, the ladies found out that I could not use their services due to a medication that I’m taking. Ideal Image has been fantastic about getting me in immediately for my appts, completing the work scheduled and getting me right back out. As a woman that USED to be able to grow a decent goatee over a long weekend, I REALLY appreciate their services!!!! The only drawback is that it is very expensive.
